Tonight I am starting the Couch 2 5K program. I have a horse to show this fall and I have GOT to get in better shape. :)
I am cheating a little bit by getting Lipburn shots once a week, but in my defense, the extra B12 really does give me a lot more energy and I need it terribly since I'm a little short in the motivation department.
